Tom is a Attitude Media contractor. He is a good contractor.  Tom is, to the best of our knowledge and belief, a good man. When traveling, in this case Chicago, Tom dresses like a typical America male tourist. Note cap, tee shirt covering paunch, tennis shoes. This is not unusual. But this is not good.

C'mon Tom, you can do better man! C'mon America, you can do better! (Not than Tom, just than the baseball cap, tee, and tennis shoes). 

Some people  will actually use perfectly good money to buy jeans that have been ripped in advance, aka "distressed". These Armani jeans are $305. The only thing that is truly distressed in this situation is the sanity of the buyer. If you truly want your jeans to have that "lived in" look, then you can buy jeans and  live in them. If, for some strange reason, you can't manage this, then go to your local GoodWill shop and buy some used jeans. Or send your jeans to Attitude Media, with a check for $200, and we'll rip some holes in them. Lots of options here folks.

Is anyone really so stupid as to pay $3200 for a backpack? We're not generally socialists here at AM, but if the rich are going to spend it this way maybe eating them is not such a bad idea.

This is not the beginning of a bad hair day.  This is the beginning of the end.

Fur on men is always dicey. If he's a trapper in Alaska, maybe. If he's a rapper in a city, no.

There is no need for commentary here. Just don't do this. We don't care who you are. Don't do it.

Granted, you and I, alas, will not be making a command decision as to whether to purchase this watch for $ 2.6 million. And, yeah, we get it - its'a work of art, although not truly a one of kind - 7 were made. So this is a collectible item - like a vintage Ferrari or a Warhol - for a few billionaires. And yes, With 1,366 movement components and 214 case components, it is a complex instrument.  And it took some very skilled craftsmen 7 years to design and build.  And we love complex objects of craftsmanship.

Still, we'd get a lot more pleasure from feeding a bunch of hungry kids - and you could feed thousands for $2.6 million.
