Living Sanely though Kid’s Laughter

Attitude Media publisher John F. Groom is traveling around the world to find new content for the travel section of attitudemedia.com. Here’s the latest entry:

I happened to be in a fairly boring part of Dubai yesterday, and generally very discouraged by the US political situation. Then I saw something you can see just about anywhere in the world; a group of very young children doing the “hands on the shoulder of the kid in front of you” thing as they entered a park I happened to be walking through.

These kids don’t really care about US politics or any politics for that matter. In fact, I have no idea what they care about; but they were laughing and smiling just like kids anywhere, and it reminded me that the laughter of children is basically an eternal, unstoppable force for good, and for living sanely in an insane world.
