Very Low Risk Activities
There are some sexual activities that have very little risk yet can still bring stimulation, pleasure, and in some cases, satisfaction to the parties involved.
The risks of getting anything beyond a cold by using your hands to rub your partner's body (rubbing – hand on body) are very low.
Also, the stimulation of your partner's genitals (for women on men, known as a "hand job", for men on women, known as "fingering" are also quite low, as long as the party using their hands has no open wounds on their hands and as long as the man or woman receiving the stimulation to their genitals has no open sores or other visible.
Dirty hands can however aid in the transmission of a urinary tract infection.
