Dubai is not really an art’s town; or any culture for that matter. It’s about catering to shoppers. But at Dubai Mall, the world’s biggest mall, on the lower level you’ll find the Crystal Factory which does have some beautiful glass work. A bit on the pricy side, because this is not the mall, or the city, for bargains. You can also visit their local factory, but prices won’t be much better unless you’re buying in bulk. Most of the items we show here are about $1,000-$5,000 US.
