As the world of technology washes over every sector of the economy, you can see it’s affects everywhere. Like the absence of a line at your local bank branch. As more people bank online and with apps, fewer are visiting physical branches.  That’s one reason why real estate is hot in tech bastions like Silicon Valley, where technology is created along with demand for office space, and not so hot everywhere else, where people do more online and less in retail stores, bank branches, and other brick and mortar locations.
