We know Virginia well, and on a recent trip to the D.C area investigated what are the most promising areas for new art. As it turns out, the city of Richmond, about two hours from DC, is a rising art scene, blessed by proximity to Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.  And now, smack in the middle of the arty section of Richmond, comes an interesting new hotel, the Quirk Hotel on Broad Street.
