Unbelievably enough, Jonathan Gruber, the architect of the Obamacare law, has openly said that in drafting the law he relied on “the stupidity of the American public” and that if the language of the law had been transparent and clear, it never would have passed. You really have to watch this video to see how blatantly he says this:
This from an administration that promised to be “the most transparent in history”.
