Such claims are hard to verify, but recently a sting was set for several Indian doctors. Men dressed as beggars are visited doctors and asked to have their limbs amputated. Three surgeons were filmed agreeing to do the necessary work.The price for taking off a lower leg was about 10,000 rupees, or $215. ONe doctor also asked the man whether he might like to have three fingers on his left hand chopped off. ”
