As tensions rise within the British government, John McDonnell, or the Shadow chancellor, is the most recent politician to accuse the government of not preparing a plan in case of a leave vote in the referendum. While, the Labour party did not raise this issue until after the UK left the EU, the criticism stands as it appears that no one from the Pro-Leave far-right UKIP to largely pro-remain Labour had any idea of what to do in the event the UK left the European Union.
